I'm five years into mobile engineering — most of it spent on Android products that had to hold up under real scale: government infrastructure used at every EU border, a betting app running across 20 countries with 15M+ monthly active users, telecom and payments products with hard reliability bars. That's the standard I hold my own code to.

Lately I've been deliberately pushing past the mobile layer — into backend, frontend, cloud, and the systems thinking that connects them — using AI agents as a genuine force multiplier rather than a novelty. It's changed how much of a product I can reasonably own end to end, and it's part of why I've started taking on full-stack and freelance work alongside the day job.

I'm also active in the Sui ecosystem. I went through Mysten Labs' Sui & Move Developer Bootcamp in Thessaloniki, selected as one of 20 developers from across Europe for a fully sponsored, two-week program taught directly by Mysten Labs engineers. Since then I've kept teaching — I run hands-on Sui and Move workshops at SuiHub Athens for the Sui Foundation, which has been as useful for deepening my own understanding as it has been for the people in the room.

Right now, outside of client work, I'm building an LLM from scratch — tokenizer, transformer, training loop, the whole path — with the eventual goal of getting something running on-device on Android. It's the kind of project that forces you to actually understand the thing instead of just calling an API for it.

I also publish small Android apps on the Play Store on the side, wired up with RevenueCat for monetization — mostly to keep shipping something end-to-end on my own timeline, outside of any client or employer scope.
